I'm Okay!

Yesterday I got 4 teeth pulled:

Dental Assistants: "Are you nervous?"

Me: "I don't know..."

D.A. (haha like Harry Potter): "You don't know? :) You don't look nervous."

Me: "Okay"

Mother: "Why do you ask?"

D.A. "If she was nervous we would give her happy gas"

No Happy Gas........No silly Shelby. D a r n . (:

So they proceed to numb the surface of my gums with cotton candy flavored stuff. I don't feel anything when they give me the shots. I start to go numb. One side doesn't go numb so they give me more. I close my eyes and listen to Harry Potter 6 movie from my iPod. I don't notice that they've already pulled out 2 teeth. The third tooth is harder and the dentist felt it would be easier to take out by squishing my cheek and eye with his hand into the oblivion. Anyways... it was quick and easy and under an hour.

My face was numb for forever. I think that was the worst part. But I got out of a lot of things so there's some perks to this.

If Any of You Lack Wisdom...

In approximately 2 hours I will get my wisdom teeth out.

ALL 4.

Scary? Yes.

Not scared for the pulling of teeth but just scared of the pain relievers.

My mom is allergic to pain meds so I am hoping I WON'T be.

Also, Shaundra will be asking me questions to embarrass me while I am loopy and I don't know how I will answer.
